Cancellation Policy

For most diligent preparations, our calendar allows 24 hours time before the start of an initial meeting. Please schedule accordingly, though should you need a more expedited meeting, please give us a call. We also understand situations arise that require a change of date and time of meeting with us. Please give a call to notify if you will be delayed or need to cancel a scheduled appointment, if under 12 hours prior to your meeting time. If you need to cancel and it is more than 12 hours ahead of the meeting, feel free to reschedule using our online booking options. Thank you for your cooperation!
